Leon (Lee) Jones, MD has been appointed as a Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Associate Dean for Students for the UCSF School of Medicine, starting in September 2016

After battling cancer, Robert W. Surber, MSSW, passed away at the age of 71 in Kailua, Hawaii during the early morning of June 27, 2016.

Neuroscience researcher Lisa Gunaydin, PhD, has joined the Department of Psychiatry as an assistant professor in residence, along with a joint appointment at the UCSF Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases. Her academic appointment begins today, May 16.
