The UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences includes more than 200 psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals in San Francisco, around the Bay Area, and across northern California who are in private practice or affiliated with another medical center. These individuals make up our team of volunteer clinical professors, donating their time and energies to teach UCSF medical students and psychiatry trainees across a variety of settings, including clinical supervision, on-site clinical staffing, seminars, lectures, and mentoring.
We welcome their participation and recognize their critical contribution to our mission of teaching the next generation of mental health professionals at UCSF.
