Phillies GM Klentak steps down; to be reassigned

Matt Klentak has stepped down as general manager of the Philadelphia Phillies, the team announced Saturday. Assistant GM Ned Rice will take over on an interim basis, and Klentak will be reassigned to another role with the team.
