UCSF’s Office of Graduate Medical Education recognized two department members with a 2016 UCSF Excellence and Innovation Award in Graduate Medical Education yesterday at their fourth annual UCSF GME Celebration and QI Symposium.
Fourth-year adult psychiatry resident Wendy Feng, MD, and UCSF Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program Administrator Sharon Salapare were both hailed for their exemplary efforts to improve graduate medical education at UCSF. The awards are given annually to faculty, staff, and trainees who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing graduate medical education at UCSF through educational and clinical quality improvement, service excellence, and innovation.
