Contact InformationHave you lost a loved one to suicide? If so, join thousands of other survivors of suicide loss nationwide in a day of healing and empowerment through the 14th annual International Survivors of Suicide Day sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Hundreds of conference sites will simultaneously watch a 90-minute broadcast produced by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. On this broadcast, a diverse panel of survivors and mental health professionals will address the questions that so many survivors face. “Why did this happen? How can I cope? Where can I find support?”
UCSF Depression Center faculty and the San Francisco VA Medical Center's Suicide Prevention Program staff will moderate a discussion group after the broadcast for attendees to share and ask questions.
Admission is free. Register your attendance at eventbrite http://sfinternationalsurvivorsofsuicideday.eventbrite.com/. Registration requested. Drop-ins are welcome.
