ADHD – Clinical Trial Evaluating Two Investigational Stimulant Medications with Forced Dose Titration (CHR #12-09977):406
Description The UCSF Hyperactivity, Attention, and Learning Problems (HALP) program is comparing two investigational stimulant medications to placebo in treating ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) in children 13-17 years old. If your child is currently having trouble with ADHD symptoms, he or she may qualify.
Eleven-week study evaluating the safety and tolerability of two investigational stimulant medications.
Qualified volunteers may receive at no cost:
- Physical exam and study-related medical care
- Written report of diagnostic and psychological test results
- Payment for time and travel
This study will compare two investigational medications to placebo. The sponsor may provide medication for your child at no cost.
End date: December 2014
Payment Participants will receive a stipend of $25 for attending each clinic visit.
