Welcome to Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics
Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital (LPPI) and Clinics consists of an adult inpatient unit (22 licensed beds), an Adult Partial Hospital Program (daily census ranges from 12-17) and adult/child outpatient services (approximately 20,200 visits per year). Primary diagnoses for patients in all services include major depression, anxiety and psychosis.
LPPI serves all ethnic and socio-economic groups who reside in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, as well as those referred from areas throughout the Western region of the United States.

About your treatment: Your intake appointment will be with a UCSF psychiatric resident or psychology fellow, who may or may not be your primary clinician during your treatment. Our trainees are in the final stages of their training and are supervised by our experienced faculty members.
